Episode one of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season 3 has officially debuted on Disney+, and if that weren’t enough to put our excitement into overdrive, a certain East High duo just reunited on the red carpet.

Yes, Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett reconnected at the premiere of HSM:TM:TS on July 27, and yes, our heads are spinning. This is the first time the two have been spotted together since the alleged Olivia, Joshua, and Sabrina Carpenter love triangle of January 2021. But judging by Olivia and Joshua’s smiles and laughs at the premiere, it appears that the dust has settled and they’ve dropped the drama.

I mean, they even threw up the peace sign together!

In case you need a quick refresher, Olivia and Joshua reportedly split in 2020, and quickly afterward, he began to date Sabrina. Olivia then released her hit debut single “drivers license” and fans instantly believed that the breakup ballad was about Joshua and his new relationship with Sabrina. Olivia and Joshua have never confirmed their romance, their breakup, or that their songs released throughout 2021 — including Joshua’s “Lie Lie Lie” — are about each other.

But fast forward to now, and it’s *so* nice to see them on the red carpet together.

Although Olivia appears as a guest star rather than a series regular in season 3 of HSM:TM:TS, per Deadline, we simply cannot wait to see their characters’ storylines unfold. Wildcats forever. ❤️
