MARY HILL: Grand Granny, you are 116.

MARY HILL: And 16.

- Hello, Grandma Hester. How are you?

HESTER FORD: I'm all right. How are you? I'm living for the Lord, hon. And I'm so glad to hear your voice.

MARY HILL: How was your birthday?

HESTER FORD: How was my birthday?

MARY HILL: Yeah. Did you have fun?

MARY HILL: Remember all the cars-- they came by and blew their horns? You had a parade for your birthday, didn't you?

What's the best part about living this long? Being able to be with your family?

HESTER FORD: I don't know. I want to go home, though. But the Lord ain't ready for me.

- What's your favorite Bible Scripture? Say it for her. Psalm 23.

HESTER FORD: The Lord is my shepherd. I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures.

MARY HILL: Well, she says her Scripture every day. She prays at 12:00 every day for our family. She says the 23rd Psalm, John 14, and the Lord's Prayer every day.

Her health is good. She's a good eater, but she use to getting up, walking up and down the hall and walking on the treadmill. Four years ago, she stopped doing that. She still can walk, and she needs assistance. She is living testimony-- if you live Biblically, by your faith, God will take care of you. Tell her bye.
