Old Navy's Viral TikTok Christmas Sweaters Are Selling Out in Stores, but We Found Them in Stock and 50% Off

The holiday season is in full swing and if you’re in the market for a new Christmas sweater, listen up: Old Navy has a plethora of cute and cozy options that are going viral on TikTok right now with thousands of views, and they’re literally flying off the shelves. I would know because I drove to my nearest store to find them and the most popular patterns were nearly sold out.
Surprisingly, you’ll find them hiding in the men’s section online and they’re on super sale ahead of the Old Navy Black Friday 2023 sale for just $25—which is half off— thanks to double discounts. And even more surprisingly, all nine holiday patterns are in stock in almost every size ranging from XS to 3XL. One TikTok user (@deniseduran05) was just as shocked as I was and in their video with nearly 150,000 likes said, “I did not realize that it was a men’s sweater… they’re so cute” and added that they’ve been “sleeping on Old Navy” apparel.

Although TikTok has proven that women also love the oversized men’s sweater, another viral video with over 46,000 likes showcases how cute it is as a matching couples outfit too. The user (@graceberna1) posed with their significant other and captioned the video saying it’s “a need not a want.”
After feeling the fabric for myself, I can totally see why so many shoppers are racing to add these sweaters to their holiday wardrobes. The crew necks are made of stretchy cotton-blend yarn that’s soft to the touch and has a relaxed fit that can be worn in a variety of ways. Keep it simple by pairing it with leggings and UGG boots or use it as a base for layering under a puffy vest for added warmth.
The fact that Christmas is still a month away and the viral Old Navy sweaters are already on sale ahead of Black Friday and Cyber Monday for a whopping 50% off is shocking, to say the least. Now is the time to add all of your favorite patterns to your cart before they start selling out online, too.
