Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" music video might be filled with a ton of hidden meanings and Easter eggs, but it did not prepare you for what might be hidden in the song itself. According to rapper Princess Nokia, Ariana totally ripped off her 2017 song "Mine" and fashioned it into the hit that we all know and some of us love today.

If you don't know Princess Nokia, she's a New York-based rapper and writer who was also the legend that threw soup at a racist on her subway train. Now, she's metaphorically throwing some soup, or spilling the tea, if you prefer 2016 slang, and is telling everyone why she's not listening to Ari's new song.

Princess Nokia took to Instagram to play a snippet of "7 Rings" before playing "Mine." First, she decided to focus on these Ariana lyrics:

"You like my hair? Gee, thanks, just bought it
I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it (Yeah)
I want it, I got it, I want it, I got it
I want it, I got it, I want it, I got it"

Then, she compared them to her song about black and brown women celebrating their hair when they're often treated unfairly and like outcasts for it by other groups. The song goes a little something like:

"Beauty shop supply cashier ringing up them numbers
Rock my many styles then go natural for the summer
Hair blowing in the hummer
Flip the weave, I am a stunner
It's mine, I bought it
It's mine, I bought it
It's mine, I bought it
It's mine, I bought it"

Now that she's shared both songs, Princess Nokia wonders, "Does that sound familiar to you? Because that sounds really familiar to me. Ain't that the little song I made about brown women and their hair? Hmm. Sounds about white."

For good measure, she tagged Ariana so she knows what's up.

Princess Nokia's fans were definitely on her side and commented things like, "Helll yeah Ariana is always appropriating black culture," "man she even attempted to copy your tone of voice," and "SUE AND GET YOIR [sic] COINS."

The rapper didn't say if she would be taking legal action, but surely her lawyers will love this.
