Netflix's newest drama series Obsession dropped at the end of last week, telling the story of a woman named Anna (Charlie Murphy) who has an affair with her boyfriend's father William (Richard Armitage). There's a lot to unpack from the four-part mini series, but the main thing people seem to be obsessed with is *that* pillow scene from episode two, with many viewers making the same hilarious joke.

If you haven't seen the scene yet, or need a little refresher, then let's get you up to speed. In episode two of Obsession, William and Anna are continuing their affair, whilst Anna is still in a relationship with William's son Jay (Rish Shah). Completely unaware of the relationship between Anna and his father, Jay takes Anna on a romantic trip to Paris.

William follows the couple to Paris, where he and Anna have sex in an alley near the hotel. However, Anna is not impressed with William breaking the rules she has laid out, namely that she is the one who decides when they met up.

Anna then cuts her trip with Jay short, as she's annoyed at the situation with William and the pair head back to London. William remains in Paris and books himself into the room Anna and Jay stayed in. It's here when things get a little bit intense.

William is seen intensely sniffing around the hotel room for Anna's scent, before settling on the hotel pillow and performing a solo sex act in the bedroom.

Viewers had mixed reactions to the scene, but a number of viewers made the same hilarious joke about the moment, saying they would never see a hotel pillow the same way again.

One person shared a gif of Moira Rose from Schitt's Creek grimacing with the tweet: "I will never look at a hotel cushion the same again."

Another tweeted: "I will never look at another hotel pillow the same after Obsession on @Netflix."

And another joked (we think): "I'll be bringing my own pillow and sheets next time I stay at a hotel #Obsession Netflix."

Thankfully, this is just a scene from a TV show, so we reckon your hotel pillows are safe for now.
