So Now a Source Says That It *Wasn't* Jay Cutler in Kelly Henderson's Very Sus Instagram
It looks like that might not be Jay Cutler in Kelly Henderson's very 👀 Instagram photo.
Jay, who just split from wife Kristin Cavallari, was previously rumored to be having an affair with Kelly.
Even though Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler's split started out pretty amicably with the two sharing the same respectful divorce statement on Instagram, things have gotten *incredibly* messy since then (and reminder: it's only been a week!). Not only did Kristin cite "marital misconduct" in her divorce documents and allege that Jay "is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper," but rumors that Jay cheated are starting to resurface.

ICYMI, a while back there were rumors that Jay was having an affair with Kristin's ex-best friend Kelly Henderson. At the time, Kristin said, "Not for one second have I ever thought that it was true," but now things are looking, uh, different. On Friday, Kelly posted an Instagram with a mystery man that people are *convinced* is Jay, and honestly it's all a little sus:

However, now a source is denying that Jay has been hanging out with Kelly or that anything is going on between them. The insider spoke about the Instagram with E! (which, BTW is the channel that Kristin's show is on, so they would probably know), saying:
This is 100 percent not Jay. This is Kelly seeking attention. That's all this is. It's very sad that she felt the need to do this for some followers. Jay is not involved with Kelly. Even if he were, he would never risk his position in the divorce by doing something as public as this.
And really, the source makes a good point! However, Kristin and Jay have yet to comment on the photo, so for now it's still ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
