Normani Wore Blonde Hair, and Her Fans Are Freaking Out

Normani's hair has always been a signature part of her look — long, dark, flowing, nearly to the floor, and often snatched into a tight ponytail. She flirts with textures, she plays around with bangs. And who can forget when she shook the internet with the video for "Motivation" in that kinky-textured ponytail with the twists? Look, the woman has fabulous hair, which she mostly wears in dark shades. But Normani gave her fans a shock when she debuted a brand-new look this week: platinum blonde hair with dark roots.

The "Love Lies" singer wears the new color for a feature story in V Magazine's winter issue, and sis looks absolutely stunning. The transformation was created by hairstylist César Ramirez using wigs from his upcoming and hotly-anticipated wig brand, Wildform.

He shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram, with the caption, "What happens when @normani goes blonde."

Now, since it's a wig, we think it's safe to assume that the look isn't here to stay. But, we have to admit Normani looks so good here, we'd love to see her experiment with the color again. Maybe with a kinky-straight high pony? Or a gorgeous set of blonde feed-in braids? The options are limitless and we cannot wait to see what's coming next.
