This week’s top-rated pick is the Off the Shoulder Sheer Chiffon Blouse from 1.State, an exposed shoulders blouse made of subtly sheer material with more than 400 reviews, that’s currently marked down by 40 per cent.
This off-the-shoulder silhouette hangs off the chich halter neckline of the flowing top with sheer chiffon sleeves. It comes in the colours cloud, pink taffeta and rich black.

This off-the-shoulder blouse has earned a 4-star rating from Nordstrom shoppers, who have called it “beautiful, comfortable and very classy.”
“Staple in my closet. I loved this blouse so much. I bought the black one, and for my taste I don’t need anything else than my bra underneath because I don’t think it’s too see through. Size down for sure,” wrote one Nordstrom shopper.
“I’m usually L but the M fit me better I give 4 stars because one side of the shoulder is wider than the other one, so it feels and looks loose. Other than that it’s a beautiful blouse. I order 3 colours,” another shopper wrote.
