Nordstrom Just Made It So Much Easier to Shop for Eco-Friendly...Everything

One small step for the environment, one giant leap for our wardrobe.

In honor of the G7 Summit, Nordstrom is doing its part in taking a stand against the global climate crisis. The department store chain has launched a new shopping category, Sustainable Style, whichonly includes products that fall into three categories: labels whose clothing contains eco-friendly materials that have been sustainably sourced, companies that responsibly make their clothing in factories that meet higher social and environmental standards and/or brands that give back to environmental causes.

The new category, the first of its kind for a U.S. multi-brand retailer, includes 2,000 items from 90 brands, including Nordstrom’s private label Treasure & Bond, Patagonia, Reformation, Eileen Fisher, S’well, Toms, Veja, Caudalie and more. The announcement comes as part of Nordstrom’s initiation into the G7 Fashion Pact, which involves a group of 32 global retailers selected by French President Emmanuel Macron and aims to help fight the climate crisis by minimizing fashion’s impact on the oceans, climate and biodiversity.

Here, a few of our favorite items from the new category (so you can shop almost guilt-free).
