No, Meghan Markle Is Not in Toronto Right Now
Despite rumors suggesting that Meghan Markle is traveling solo this week, she is not, in fact, back in Toronto, where she lived when she was an actress. Multiple royal reporters have denied that the Duchess of Sussex is in Canada, calling the speculation "inaccurate."
For example, Rebecca English, royal correspondent for the Daily Mail, posted on Twitter, "Meghan isn't in Canada or LA and won't be going there any time soon."

And Carolyn Durrand, a royal reporter and producer for ABC, posted, "Reports that HRH The #DuchessofSussex #MeghanMarkle is in Canada are inaccurate. She is not currently in Toronto."

The rumor started when the website Royal Central reported that Meghan was flying to Toronto on Air Canada. An anonymous source told the publication Kensington Palace had requested "that no one take Meghan’s picture or approach her on the flight."
It took off from there, with multiple publications citing the blog's anonymous source, with no further confirmation.
While Meghan isn't in Canada visiting her friends the Mulroneys this week, she does have exciting plans in London. She and Harry will be seeing Hamilton later this month.
Today, Kensington Palace announced that she and Prince Harry will be attending a charity performance of the musical about America's founding fathers, which is currently playing in London. The gala on August 29 will help to fund Sentebale, an organization co-founded by Harry in 2006, which supports young people affected by HIV in Lesotho and Botswana.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend a gala performance of @HamiltonWestEnd in support of @Sentebale at the Victoria Palace Theatre on Wednesday 29th August," reads a tweet announcing the appearance. "The evening will raise awareness and funds for Sentebale's work with children and young people affected by HIV."

Hopefully Harry won't be too offended by the portrayal of his distant relative, King George III.
The Palace also announced two other engagements. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend the Well Child Awards on September 4 and the 100 Days to Peace gala on September 6.
