No Joke: There Are Now Guided Meditations to Help You Decompress from ‘Game of Thrones’

Do thoughts of *that* episode five ending keep you up at night? Is the thought of Arya Stark never completing her kill list stressing you out?

If you've ever lost sleep over a stressful Game of Thrones cliffhanger, you might want to try a guided meditation meant just for dealing with those feelings.

The mental wellness platform Simple Habit is now offering five-minute meditations for TV stressors. There's one for suspenseful scenes (called "Don’t lose your head, Ned"), another for losing your favorite character ("The Pack survives") and a third for post-binge-watching ("#KeepCalmAndCerseiOn").

The sessions, led by former monk and mindfulness teacher Cory Muscara "are designed to help you deal with the emotional rollercoaster ride you no doubt experience when binging your favorite TV series."

As Simple Habit says, don't be a mad king or queen; deal with TV-induced stress with a super quick meditation.
