Nina Dobrev Posted the Ultimate "The Vampire Diaries" Throwback Photo

Nina Dobrev is missing The Vampire Diaries just as much as we are.

The star posted a throwback photo on her Instagram page featuring her filming the series' fourth season finale episode, "Graduation". Nina, dressed up as Elena also had some fake blood on her face for a certain fight scene, is holding up the episodes' script in the photo.

She even had some fun with the caption by writing, "Is it weird to say that I miss being attacked on a regular basis? #tbt"

Michael Trevino, who played Michael Lookwood in the series and The Originals spin-off, also had a little fun in the comments section of the pic by writing, "This will get a lot of likes," totally knowing that the fandom will go crazy for it.

While we might not be seeing Nina back on our screens as Elena, fans can definitely expect some more The Vampire Diaries goodness in the next episode of Legacies, "Salvatore! The Musical." The episode will follow the students of the Salvatore School as the put on a show featuring all our favorite characters from the series that started it all.

Legacies star Kaylee Bryant, who plays Josie on the show, will be playing Elena in the show's musical. How they're going to fit the show's 8 seasons into one who musical episode is beyond us, but we're totally excited to check it. Here's hoping that Nina also tunes in so we can hear what she thinks about it too!
