How Nicole Scherzinger tones her glutes as she bares sculpted behind in string bikini
Nicole Scherzinger has shared a series of beach snaps in a string bikini, revealing her seriously enviable, strengthened glutes.
The singer, 43, can be seen strolling through the shore looking out to sea in one image and striking a pose with her arms and leg raised in another.
"Have a cheeky week everyone! Wishing you....swipe right to find out," she captioned the images.
The third image features a moving clip of the beach, with an idyllic sunset, seagulls taking off into flight and the words 'Love' 'Peace' and 'Happiness etched into the sand.
Fans commented "My gosh – stunning", "Amazing body Nicole", "Didn't work so hard in the gym to hide the bundha", and hailed her a "motivation idol".
They also appreciated her well wishes, responding "Thank you sis. The same to you" and "I wish the same for YOU babe."

So, how does the star strengthen her glutes and stay in shape? In a recent video shared to her Instagram, with the caption, "It's that twerkout Tuesday y'all! Get up and move your ass! No matter what it is! Seriously tho this workout is no joke", she gave fans an insight.
Scherzinger can be seen doing a range of squats and twerking with a weighted ball for a prop, as well as lunges, weight lifts and crunches – still twerking in between each round of course. She's made clear in the past she doesn't dance, but 'WERKS'.

She also previously told Women's Health UK, "In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches."
She revealed she particularly enjoys hot yoga and core power yoga.
Scherzinger admitted she finds it hard to stay motivated like everyone else. "Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it's hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, we try to do different things," she said. "We just motivate each other."

She also considers nutrition too, but has made clear, "I don't deprive myself of anything", as told to People magazine. Her breakfast might include the likes of green juice, greek yoghurt, banana, brown rice and Japanese tea, lunch might be some slices of turkey breast, some Baby Swiss cheese, salad and dinner could be some gluten-free pasta, tomato sauce and parmesan, with chocolate truffles for dessert.
"I have everything in moderation," Scherzinger added. "When I’m really watching my weight, I refrain from eating late at night."
Scherzinger's beach snaps come after the Pussycat Dolls star shared a post dedicated to her former rugby player and model boyfriend Thom Evans, who she met on the X Factor Celebrity 2019, in honour of his 37th birthday.
Sharing a sweet holiday snap of their recent trip to Mexico, with the pair looking loved-up, she wrote, "Happy birthday @te11. Thank you for making me and this world so happy with your gorgeous light, love, talent and abs! And for being my real life Superman! I love you very much."

The pair also regularly work out together, with squat variations also being a big part of their couple routines...which they do in sync.
