Nicola Peltz just cleared up the Victoria Beckham wedding dress drama rumours

Nicola Peltz married Brooklyn Beckham in a lavish three-day wedding back in April, which was attended by an array of famous faces. (Some of the Spice Girls were in attendance, FYI.) But since the nuptials (where she walked down the aisle in a custom Valentino gown), Nicola has been bombarded with speculation that she and her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham are not on good terms, simply because she didn't wear a VB design.
But in a tell-all interview with Grazia, the 27-year-old has made sure to clear up the rumours of the apparent feud, insisting that there's no drama whatsoever. "They're great in-laws," she said.
Opening up about her wedding dress, she claimed that she initially was going to wear a design by Brooklyn's mother. "Well, I was planning on wearing Victoria's wedding dress," she revealed. "I was truly so excited to be able to wear a design that my future mother-in-law created. I thought that was so beautiful and such a beautiful story."
The model and actress also explained that the plan had been in place for a long time, however, it started to unravel when she revealed that Victoria's atelier reportedly couldn't achieve the design the bride-to-be had in mind.
"We connected to start designing the dress, and then a few days went by and I didn't hear anything," Nicola recalled. "Victoria called my mom and said her atelier couldn't make it. So, I spoke to my mom and Leslie, and I was like, 'Well, unfortunately, this can't happen, so what's the next step?' I've been a fan of Valentino and their couture for so long. I was really lucky to be able to travel to [the atelier] to try on the dress. That's really what happened."
And when touching on the rumours that she opted to wear Valentino instead of Victoria Beckham for more negative reasons, Nicola revealed that they really affected her. "When I read things that say [things like] I was never planning on wearing a [Victoria Beckham] dress or things like that, it does hurt my feelings," she said.
"I try not to let it, but it's just not the truth. It's just a bit of a bummer when you're like, 'Oh, people think that,' but it's just not true."
Well, looks like everything has been cleared up!
