Ahead of The Voice season 20 finale on Monday night, Nick Jonas opened up to Entertainment Tonight about how he's been feeling since his recent accident. As previously reported, the Jonas Brothers band member was hospitalized last week with a cracked rib after getting injured while working on an upcoming project.

"I feel amazing now," Nick said while standing next to his fellow Voice coach Kelly Clarkson. "I don't know what happened but after a week of some recovery and, you know just some laser treatment on the spot, I feel really good."

Kelly jokingly chimed in, "You're young."

Voice fans are wishing coach Nick Jonas a speedy recovery.

On Monday’s night episode of The Voice, host Carson Daly took a moment to check up on the Jonas Brothers star after hearing that he had been in an accident where he fell off a bicycle over the weekend. Thankfully, the “This Is Heaven” singer was up and at it again for the performances of the semifinalists on the NBC competition series.

"Before we get started, let's just turn to our friend, Nick Jonas. How are you feeling, buddy?" Carson said.

“I’m feeling okay. I’ve been better, but I’m doing alright,” Nick said. “[I have] a cracked rib from a spill on a bike and a few other bumps and bruises. I just wanted to go ahead and say that in case I’m not as physically enthusiastic as I usually am.”

He then asked fellow coach Blake Shelton for a favor: “But Blake please don’t make me laugh too much because it kind of hurts to laugh.”

"You're just trying to get sympathy votes on this show,” the country music artist said. “That's all you're doing."

"It's a big, elaborate plan," Nick replied.

On social media, Nick received many supportive messages from fans. "Glad you are okay 🙌," one fan wrote on Instagram. "KING!! so glad you’re okay! please rest up," another said. "please take time to heal and rest 😭 ily," someone else said.

On Sunday, TMZ reported that Nick had been injured late Saturday night while filming "a new show." While initial details were sparse, the outlet also shared that the injury was serious enough for Nick to go to a nearby hospital in an ambulance.

Then on Monday morning, NBC announced a one-hour unscripted special entitled Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers. Set to debut this summer, fans will watch as Nick, Joe Jonas and Kevin Jonas compete against each other with some assistance from Team USA’s best athletes.

Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers will air on July 21 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. It's unclear at this point if Nick got injured while filming Olympic Dreams Featuring Jonas Brothers or another project.
