Bachelor Nation hasn't enjoyed a beach vacay filled with messy makeouts and unexpected couples since 2019. Bachelor in Paradise season seven has delivered with love triangles, a real-deal tropical storm, shoreside workouts, and seriously romantic (and messy) dates.

There have been a whopping 40 swimsuit-clad Bachelor and Bachelorette rejects knockin' on heaven's door and looking for love on the beach. And, a celebrity host lineup guiding their way. Comedian David Spade, who has been a Bachelor fan for years, BiP legend Wells Adams, Tituss Burgess, Lance Bass, and Lil Jon all popped by the beach. (YEAH!)

With just tonight's 3-hour season finale left, it's crunch time for the couples. Will any of this season's dynamic duos actually make it to the altar? The questions are surely bubbling up (who? where? and when?), so here's everything you need to know about Bachelor in Paradise 2021:

Who couples up this season?

Reality Steve has the tea on the couples connecting on Bachelor in Paradise. The pairings to watch out for this season include:

But, not all of them have what it takes to make it to the final rose ceremony and the finale.

Who got engaged on Bachelor in Paradise?

As soon as filming wrapped, Reality Steve shared all the deets on who went the distance. There were three couples who shared overnight dates and made it to the finale, per his website. The three final couples this season are:

Yep—they're all engagements, Steve confirmed on his Twitter. "Grocery Joe and Serena Pitt did in fact get engaged at the end. So all 3 final couples this season got engaged, equaling season 3 and season 6 having three engagements," he tweeted.

Which couples are still together right now?

Reality TV relationships aren't always built to last—but who survived the rocky BiP waters (and who got back together, post-filming)? The duos who are still currently dating or engaged are:

Grocery Joe and Serena Pitt are still engaged, as far as Reality Steve can tell. He recently Tweeted a sneaky snap of the couple cozied up together on a rooftop in Chicago—so I guess Serena really did make the move for Joe!

Kenny and Mari are also still engaged. Reality Steve "received another [picture] of Kenny & Mari at a different rooftop pool in Chicago where Kenny lives. However, the picture taker didn’t feel comfortable with me posting it, so I didn’t," he explained.

Riley and Maurissa are probably still engaged, too, Steve says, but they haven't been spotted together anywhere yet. So far, this season's winners are three for three!

Abigail and Noah may have broken up on the beach, but Bachelor Nation and Reality Steve have a hunch they could have reconciled already off-camera. They still follow each other on Instagram, and Steve recently Tweeted a photo of them together at a coffee shop in Oklahoma, where Noah is from.

Becca and Thomas are, believe it or not, dating again. After a big breakup on the show, Reality Steve confirmed that the two "have gotten back together post filming and are dating." Oh, and fans on Instagram think Thomas might be wearing an engagement ring... so, there's that?

Are there any major feuds this season?

Of course, no Paradise season is complete without some major drama. Based on the promos, there are a few serious beefs to look out for this time around.

Here's the latest promo for the three-hour season finale, with all of the rollercoaster emotions BiP is known for:

When was Bachelor in Paradise filmed?

The cameras, crew, and contestants finished filming the weekend of June 26 after a few weeks of hard work lounging on the beach and sipping cocktails. Reality Steve shared the news in a spoiler blog post, noting that filming squeezed in between Katie Thurston and Michelle Young's upcoming seasons of The Bachelorette.

The original cast likely flew to Mexico over Memorial Day weekend, per a recent podcast from Reality Steve:

"Bachelor in Paradise will film per usual in June at a location that hasn’t been announced yet and will begin airing after Katie’s season is done airing, per usual," Steve wrote in his spoiler blog post.

With the end of June final rose ceremony, filming ended right on schedule. Steve also confirmed in a new tweet that three couples made it to the last rose on June 26.

What tropical storm hit Bachelor in Paradise?

The drama came in a more natural fashion near the end of filming in June. If you take a look at storms that hit the Sayulita area of Mexico, there's one clear culprit. Tropical Storm Dolores made landfall on Mexico's western coast, with the Playa Escondida Resort right in the center, June 18 to 20. It was almost a category one hurricane and caused quite a bit of damage, per Vallarta Daily.

The whole cast and crew evacuated in time, and everyone was able to return to the resort to continue filming after the storm passed.

Who's in the Bachelor in Paradise cast?

Many more contestants have crashed the initial crew's party on the beach since the premiere, and ABC has been releasing official cast pics on Instagram all season long. You can expect to see some familiar faces from seven different Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons, including a few guys eliminated from Katie Thurston's season. It's not the last you've seen of Tre Cooper, James Bonsall, Aaron Clancy, Thomas Jacobs, or Connor Brennan.

There will also be a Bachelor in Paradise casting first. Becca Kufrin, The Bachelorette season 14, is competing for love. She’s the first former lead ever on the show, so that’s a BFD! And her relationship with Thomas Jacobs in Mexico has already caused quite a stir in Bachelor Nation.

Some Bachelor Nation stars were initially hesitant to accept an invite to the reality show, per an E! News report. Their reasons? The recent racism controversy in the franchise and Chris Harrison's response.

"Casting has begun and some members of Bachelor Nation are apprehensive to sign up," one source told the publication in March. "Some are wondering what direction the season will take and are curious if it will strictly focus on contestants falling in love."

A second source added, "They have put out several asks to Bachelor veterans. Many people are declining due to the current state of Bachelor Nation. A lot of people are removing themselves from the franchise."

What's going on with Joe and Kendall?

Yep, Grocery Joe's ex, Kendall Long, landed on the beach this season (and she'll be back for the finale, too). You know the producers wouldn't miss that kind of opportunity. But, this pair is just not meant to be, according to Reality Steve. "Joe & Kendall are both there but not rekindling. They have both given roses to other people," he Tweeted.

It's Joe and Serena who seem to have the long game potential this season. "You're the second girl I've ever loved in my entire life," he tells her on a one-on-one date. Awe!

What about Pieper and Brendan?

In early June, it really seemed like Pieper James and Brendan Morais were an item.

"Pieper and Brendan have been dating for a few weeks now," a source told Us Weekly. "They’re keeping their relationship under wraps since they’re trying to make it work long-distance and it’s still new," the source said. “They both are super into each other and are getting to know each other and are just having fun going on dates.”

They were even spotted out and about in public together. So what happened?

Brendan broke off his first relationship with Natasha Parker the minute Pieper showed up on the beach. After some intense accusations, Brendan and Pieper managed to make more enemies than friends. The pair self-eliminated and left Mexico together just a few days later.

But now, it looks like there's trouble in Paradise for these two. In September, a source told E! News that "the backlash from the show was too hard on both of them."

Yep: "They decided to split and focus on themselves. Pieper thinks it's best for her to spend time reevaluating her life," the source continued. "She thinks this is a good life lesson, but wants to move on."

Does Becca find romance in Paradise?

This is the question everyone is asking. ICYMI, Becca competed on The Bachelor as a contestant, won, then was dumped in heartbreaking fashion on camera. Then, she starred as The Bachelorette, only to have that resulting relationship fizzle in 2020.

Reality Steve dropped a Becca bombshell on June 28. After her late arrival, she connects with Thomas from Katie's season. I'll pause as you realize his Bachelor audition continues.

He tweeted: "If you thought Thomas got a lot of air time this season, just wait til Paradise. Thomas is heavily involved with Becca Kufrin for the last half of BIP, but, she eventually breaks up with him before the finale."

Later, Becca dumps Thomas before overnights and they both leave Mexico single.

But that's not all. In an update on Aug. 31st, Reality Steve dropped a Becca bombshell on his blog: "Becca and Thomas have gotten back together post filming and are dating," he wrote. (Gasp!) So far, that's all the king of spoilers knows.

Bachelorette Katie Thurston warned BiP ladies to be careful around Thomas on Nick Viall's Viall Files podcast: "I am nervous for any woman who interacts with Thomas, honestly. He’s a smooth talker," she said. "I wouldn’t be surprised if he recycles some lines with me on some of these women... Good luck to them.” That warning came a little late, based on the filming schedule.

"If he’s on Paradise, I don’t care who he’s with, I’m going to be like, 'Watch out, girl,'" Katie added. Seems like Becca didn't take her advice, after all.

What happened to Noah and Abigail?

Noah and Abigail were the "it" couple this season from day one, after they got the first one-on-one date together. But sadly, they don't last. "Noah Erb broke up with Abigail Heringer before overnights happened and they both left single," Steve said. That leaves a lot of questions about their post-show status.

"I know a lot of you will ask 'What about all the nicey nice they were playing on IG when she posted this past Saturday,'" he wrote. "Your guess is as good as mine. All I know is that Noah broke up with her on the show. Maybe it was amicable. Maybe the IG stuff is an act. Maybe they plan on dating post show. I don’t know. But he broke up with her on the show after a being a couple from the get go." Bummer—but I'll be watching their Instagrams closely.

Where was Bachelor in Paradise filmed?

Season 7 filmed at the usual Paradise location, the good ol' Playa Escondida Resort in Sayulita, Mexico. It's been a long time since the show aired, so here's a refresher on what to expect.

There are private beaches:

Pools:

Plenty of places to snuggle with a sweetie:

And characters can catch some zzz's... or not:

And, who's hosting Bachelor in Paradise?

Chris Harrison, who has hosted all six seasons of BiP, will not return to the franchise. There are plenty of celeb guest hosts filling in, though. Tituss Burgess, Lance Bass, Lil Jon, Wells Adams, and David Spade will all help the Bachelor Nation singles find love on the beach.

ABC released a few photos of your new fave BiP hosts in their paradise gear. David Spade rocked a polo shirt and beachy fedora:

Narrator and host Lil Jon looks super excited in his sunglasses and floral shirt:

Tituss Burgess glows in some funky patterned pants:

And finally, Lance Bass, has green hair that matches his leafy ensemble:

IDK, but they look ready to watch the drama go down to me. Why the new celeb hosts? Well, "the producers want to put some fun in the show. They think it’s become too serious," a source told Page Six.

Help! What do I watch now?

If you, too, are "so sad but so excited" for the BiP finale, there's good news: Just two weeks after the final episode airs, Michelle Young's Bachelorette journey will begin! 30 brand new men will be competing for her heart in the famous Bachelor mansion.

So reset those Paradise countdowns (and make sure to stock up on wine), because the Bachelor Nation drama continues starting on Oct. 19.
