Bernie Sanders captured Tuesday’s Democratic presidential primary, edging out former South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg in New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation contest, after their virtual tie in the Iowa caucuses. Buttigieg held off a surging Sen. Amy Klobuchar, who came in third. Sen. Elizabeth Warren and former Vice President Joe Biden finished a disappointing fourth and fifth, respectively.
