Netflix New Releases: The Best Shows & Movies to Watch in December

Netflix is sharing a never-before-seen glimpse of its December 2021 streaming slate, and it’s even better than expected.

The list is full of recognizable titles, including Are You the One, The Final Destination, Premonition and The Legend of Zorro. However, the real showstoppers are all the new original titles. While there are multiple debuts—like Selling Tampa and Don’t Look Up—there are also several shows that are returning for new seasons, like The Witcher, Queer Eye, Emily in Paris and Cobra Kai.

1. 'Selling Tampa'

Premiere date: December 15

Although Selling Sunset season four is premiering on November 24, this brand-new spin-off series is arriving in mid-December. Selling Tampa follows the ladies of Allure Reality, so prepare to see more gorgeous listings.

Premiere date: December 22

Emily (Lily Collins) is resuming her Parisian adventures in the all-new season. Netflix recently dropped a full-length trailer, which re-introduces viewers to the love triangle between Emily, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and Camille (Camille Razat).

4. 'Don't Look Up'

Premiere date: December 24

Jennifer Lawrence and Leonardo DiCaprio star as two low-level astronomers tasked with embarking on an expansive media tour to casually inform the world that a fast-approaching asteroid is going to destroy the planet and kill everyone on it.
