Chances are you've been baking at some point over the last few weeks, and if you haven't been the one baking, you've been eating some sweets after they're out of the oven. Nestle Toll House wants to celebrate the creativity that many are bringing into the kitchen and so they're hosting a contest where people can submit recipes that use Nestle's morsels.

The "Remix the Original" competition will be accepting submissions through May 20, and the recipes can be just about anything—as long as they incorporate Nestle Toll House morsels in some way. After all of the entries are in, eight of the most creative ideas will face off in a bracket-style tournament to determine a winner.

The grand prize includes a year's supply of morsels and a baker's package that includes a hand mixer, measuring cups, and other baking supplies. The winning concept will also be fully developed into a recipe by one of Nestle's head pastry chefs and will then be published on VeryBestBaking.com.

To enter, all you have to do is follow @nestletollhouse on Instagram, comment on their "National Chocolate Chip Day" post with your recipe concept, and tag a friend in your comment. To ensure that your entry goes through, start your comment with the phrase "My contest entry:" so Nestle can easily filter through them.

So far, people are coming up with all sorts of ideas including pistachio chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate chip bagels, and dark chocolate bolognese sauce. Public voting on the eight finalists will begin on May 28, and the winner will be announced on June 1. There's still time to enter, so get your creative juices flowing and submit your idea on Nestle's Instagram by Wednesday. You got this, guys!
