The Lineup is a monthly series where we're giving you an inside peek at the beauty lineups of cool fashion people, editors, makeup artists, hairstylists, and estheticians—all the people we trust the most. Get ready for a behind-the-scenes look at all the can't-live-without products that make their worlds go round.

I'm the weirdo who isn't always impressed by someone's follower count on Instagram. But Negin Mirsalehi is the exception. She has over 6.7 million followers (yup, you read that right), and I 100% understand the obsession. Aside from being insanely gorgeous and having impeccable style, Mirsalehi has the best head of hair, which makes sense given that she's the founder of Gisou, a line of honey-based hair and skin products. (The brand also just launched its first face oil.) I guess that's the fate of someone whose mom is a hairdresser and whose dad is a beekeeper.

"Throughout my youth, I would look to my mom for skin and hair advice. She took good care of herself and always made sure she looked put together before ever leaving the house. She's a hairdresser by trade and would use honey from our family's bee garden to formulate her own haircare solutions, and I continued to use them throughout my youth," says Mirsalehi. Even though she's been surrounded by hair products since she was a little girl, it took her some time to realize that the quality of products and ingredients is more important than their quantity. Curious to see her top skin, hair, and makeup picks? Keep scrolling for the skincare, makeup, and hair products in her current lineup (and the one hair product she's been using daily since she was a kid).

Gisou Honey Infused Face Oil ($60)

"I am really excited to finally share more about a new Gisou product I have been using now that it has officially launched! It's our first face oil, and it uses the same Mirsalehi honey seen in our hair products plus other natural actives and freshly cold-pressed oils."

Gisou Honey Infused Leave-In Conditioner ($34)

"Our Gisou community, which sits at the heart of our brand, has been asking for a leave-in conditioner for a while, so we set out to create a nourishing, multi-tasking leave-in to complete the ideal Gisou Honey Infused haircare routine. It contains our hero key ingredient, Mirsalehi Honey from my family’s bee garden, as well as a blend of additional nourishing ingredients such as baobab extract, argan oil, and panthenol to hydrate, smooth, protect and strengthen, all while leaving behind a healthy shine. It's safe to say this is my new go-to for after and between washes. I also use it as an overnight treatment."

Gisou Honey Infused Hair Oil ($87)

"My bag is never complete without this. It's based on a family recipe that was formulated by my mom, and honey from our family bee garden is the key ingredient. It's the one product I have used on a daily basis ever since I was a little girl. Utilizing the power of our Mirsalehi Honey, it nourishes, moisturizes, seals split ends, prevents breakage, tames frizz and flyaways, and ensures my hair always has a healthy shine. I truly believe this is what keeps my hair healthy! I couldn't live without it."

Gisou Propolis Infused Polishing Primer ($34)

"Another Gisou all-in-one that is great to have on hand in your carry-all bag. You only need a pea-sized portion to use as a pre-styling product to enhance natural hair texture, prevent frizz, and maximize volume. I also love to continue using it throughout the day when my hair needs a touch up of shine or when it's especially humid and my hair needs all of the frizz prevention it can get."

Gisou Honey Infused Hair Perfume ($83)

"Whether my hair is freshly washed or a few days old, I want it to smell nice at all times. This is the concentrated version of our signature scent, which is featured in all products of the Honey Infused range. It's a delicate mixture of my family's Mirsalehi Honey, which is the key ingredient in all of our products, and the florals are sourced from our Mirsalehi Bee Garden."

Babor Cleansing Foam ($35)

"I like to try out different skincare products, so my routine changes quite often. I often start with a hydrating cleanser that is effective but doesn't strip my skin. I am currently using this because it's gentle yet effective."

Dermalogica Daily Superfoliant Exfoliator ($59)

"A few days a week, I'll double cleanse. I really like using this superfoliant, which is a powder that turns into a paste once it's mixed with water."

Pixi Skintreats Glow Tonic Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Toner ($18)

"After cleansing, I focus on renourishing and moisturizing my skin. I start with this toner to exfoliate, brighten, and help minimize pores."

Dr. Barbara Sturm Calming Serum ($250)

"Then I love using any of Dr. Barbara Sturm's serums, but especially this one, to soothe and protect my skin."

Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Moisturizer With Ceramides ($60)

"I prefer my moisturizer to be rich and creamy, which this is. Plus, it also works really nicely under makeup."

Tan Luxe The Face Illuminating Self-Tan Drops ($49)

"All year round, but especially during the summer months, I mix a few self-tan drops into my daily moisturizer to maintain a healthy flush of color in my face. This one is the best formula I've tried—it leaves a natural, streak-free finish."

Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 ($34)

"I've become quite diligent with wearing sunscreen, more so than in the past. In my opinion, Supergoop makes some really good ones that don't leave a white cast and aren't heavy or sticky on my skin."

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer ($30)

"I've used these Nars concealers for years. I mix the Ginger and Custard shades to match my skin tone, and they give the perfect coverage and finish."

Haan 3 Pack Mix ($18)

"Even before Covid-19, I always made sure to have a hand sanitizer on me. When I traveled a lot, it especially came in handy. The downside of hand sanitizers is that they tend to strip and dehydrate skin. I recently found this one from Haan, and I love that it cleanses without leaving my skin dry."

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Highlighter Wand ($38)

"I have a lot of makeup from Charlotte Tilbury, but this highlighter leaves the most beautiful finish. I use it on my cheekbones and the tip of my nose for an instant bronzed, healthy glow."

Ilia Multi-Stick Cheek and Lip ($34)

"A recent favorite is this cheek and lip tint stick from Ilia. It adds a healthy flush of color to my cheeks and lips, and sometimes I also use it on my eyelids."
