If you're after a new, feel-good dating show to get stuck into, then you need to watch My Mum, Your Dad. The ITV series, hosted by Davina McCall, follows a group of single parents looking for love with their children left in charge of their dating decisions.

Good news! My Mum, Your Dad has officially been confirmed by ITV for a second season.
ITV's Director of Reality and Acquisitions Paul Mortimer said in a statement confirming the news: "The positive reaction to series one was unprecedented in my experience. From widower Roger finding new love, to the grown-up kids cringing in the secret Bunker as their parents dusted down their dating moves, this was a fresh and welcome take on TV matchmaking. I'm so pleased to be able to once again open the retreat to more single parents in 2024."

What is My Mum, Your Dad about?
The dating series sees single parents looking for love move into a countryside resort where they get to know other single parents, but, their grown up children will also play a part in setting up mum or dad.
The official synopsis reads, "My Mum, Your Dad follows a group of single parents who have been nominated by their grown-up kids for a second chance at love... Audiences will be able to follow the single parents, from all over the UK, and all walks of life, as they live together at a stunning country house retreat with one objective: to find true love.
"But there’s a twist - unbeknownst to the parents, their kids will be watching their every move from a nearby location called ‘The Bunker’. It is there in the surveillance room that they’ll be able to witness all the action of their parents’ journeys to find love, plus get the opportunity to play matchmaker and decide their mum or dad’s dating fate." Who will be the cast of My Mum, Your Dad season 2?
