Lalaine Reunited with Disney "You Wish!" Co-Star A.J. Trauth and I'm Shook

From Seventeen

If you didn't grow up watching Disney Channel, then what on Earth were you doing? Not only did the network have the most ah-mazing shows like Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, but they also created movies like Halloweentown and High School Musical. (FYI, you can now rewatch all your faves on Disney Plus, including underrated gems like Phil of the Future and The Thirteenth Year!)

Watch Disney Plus Now

And the best part about watching those cult classics over and over again is that even as the stars grow older and move onto other projects, you still get to indulge in that Disney Channel nostalgia. That being said, when these actors and actresses reunite in REAL LIFE, the throwback vibes are taken to the next level. Here are some of the most iconic reunions of all time.

December 2019

Lalaine and A.J. Trauth

Abby and Alex from the DCOM You Wish!, a movie about a kid who wishes his brother never existed and accidentally makes it come true, reunited thanks to fellow Disney Channel alum (and A.J.'s Even Stevens co-star), Christy Carlson Romano.

Both Lalaine and A.J. filmed episodes for Christy's hit weekly YouTube series, Christy's Kitchen Throwback, where she reunites with Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and other '90s/'00s legends, and they make tasty treats together.

Robert Carradine and Jake Thomas

The father and son duo from Lizzie McGuire — Sam and Matt McGuire, respectively — looked like a real-life father and son when they reunited outside a McDonald's on May 14. Seriously, someone give the show's casting director a delayed raise, because Jake totally looks like Robert's mini-me.

"REUNION TIME. Caught up with TV pops," Jake captioned on Instagram, later joking, "This post brought to you by @mcdonalds, obviously."

Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, and so many more!

Miley Cyrus celebrated International Women's Day in the best way possible, by posting some iconic throwbacks featuring her with pretty much all of your fave female celebrities including former Disney stars, singers, and actresses. Seriously, these need to be put in a time capsule so, years from now, humans will truly know what the 2000s were all about.

Miley's archive dive included some pics with fellow former Disney star, Demi Lovato. "We define a f*cking era," Miley captioned a pic which featured the two rocking some epic pink sunglasses. "Sorry not sorry."

Then again, on January 11, the trio met up with their costar Moises Arias (a.k.a. Rico) at the restaurant Mercado in Hollywood. And of course, they shared the most epic Instagram pics.

"Twice in one week! 2018 has brought a lot of old friends back into my life and I am so grateful for the comfort of those who have known me so long. Love these boys," Emily wrote. "Obviously missing our girl! Hope all you HM fans know after all these years we still come back to each other and talk about how much fun we had growing up together in front of the world during the most awkward stage of life and we couldn’t have done it without all of you tuning in. Thank you for sticking with us. We love you."

But where was Miley? According to Jason's Instagram caption, she was in Australia.

Kimberly was joined by Judith Hoag (Gwen), J. Paul Zimmerman (Dylan), and Emily Roeske (Sophie). The cast was there to honor the late Debbie Reynolds (Grandma Aggie), but they also joined in on the Spirit of Halloweentown festival, which the city throws every year. Lucky for fans, Kimberly posted some great pics from the event.

If you didn't get to catch their spontaneous performance, you can watch it in the clip, below.

Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato

On October 23, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato attended the InStyle Awards in L.A. and surprised fans by posing for a picture together. Over the years, the stars have reportedly had an on-again off-again friendship, but judging by this pic, there's definitely no bad blood between the two.
