Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, going on now until Aug. 1, is one of the biggest shopping events of the summer for a good reason. It offers huge savings on splurge-worthy handbags, shoes and clothes and tons of everyday staples are also on super sale. Case in point: Hanky Panky underwear.
I’ve tried my fair share of thongs over the years, but after treating myself to a Hanky Panky bundle a few Black Fridays back, I now swear by the brand’s lace thong design. And luckily for everyone on the hunt for comfortable yet sexy underwear, several of Hanky Panky’s beloved styles are majorly marked down during Nordstrom’s big sale. Typically retailing for about $22 each, during the sale, most styles are around $16.90.
Hanky Panky Low Rise Thong, $16.90 (Orig. $22)
Hanky Panky makes several lace thongs in a variety of rises (regular, mid, etc.), but its Low Rise Thong will always rank as No. 1 in my book. On sale now in eight different colors, this lace thong is incredibly soft and only gets better after each wash and wear.
It’s also super stretchy, so don’t be worried when I tell you that it only comes in one size. The brand says the one size fits women in sizes 2 to 10. The brand’s Regular Rise Thong is a bit more inclusive and fits sizes 4 to 14.
Hanky Panky Regular Rise Lace Thong, $16.90 (Orig. $22)
The lace, while very detailed, is nearly invisible under clothes. While it’s not a totally seamless option, I’ve found it to be undetectable in 95% of my outfits. The Low Rise Thong has become my go-to style to wear daily, and I love that it’s as pretty as it is comfortable. Seriously! If you’ve ever felt like thongs are basically glorified wedgies, I beg you to give Hanky Panky a shot.
Nordstrom shoppers seem to agree, as both the low rise and regular rise styles have earned 4.8 stars out of 5 due to hundreds of glowing reviews.

Also, for all of the other lazy laundry-doers out there, the brand suggests handwashing the thongs to keep them looking their best, but mine still look new after going through the washing machine in a lingerie bag.
