Moon Lau denies dating Adrian Chou

5 Jun - Rumours are rife that TVB actress Moon Lau is dating Hong Kong singer-actor, Adrian Chau.

As reported on Oriental Daily, speculations of romance between the two sparked after a source claimed that the two of them have been seen spending a lot of time together.

Moon reportedly went on a trip to Shanghai with Adrian, and was also seen at his basketball game. On the other hand, sources said that Adrian had been seen visiting Moon at her home with Jeannie Chan before going on a hiking trip together soon after.

But when asked about the rumours recently, Moon, who was previously linked to her "A Fist Within Four Walls" co-star Philip Ng, shared that the two of them are close friends and have been that way for a long time.

"We would always go out, play music, sing together, and we have many mutual friends. We're very close. We never thought about turning it into something more," she said.

As for reports that Adrian went to visit her at her house, the actress said that the man seen with Jeannie that day was the actor's twin brother, Daniel Chau.

"I haven't dated for a while now. I am not in a place to be dating or planning for marriage. I need to take care of my family," she said.
