Mom Sweetly Explains to Senior Bulldog Why He Couldn't Go on Vacation with Her

Poor Max knows not what he does!

Everyone needs a vacation now and again, and sometimes furry friends just can't tag along. Not all hotels and rentals are pet-friendly, unfortunately! Other times, traveling might just be too much for a dog who's easily scared, who has separation anxiety, or who is in poor health.

In the case of Max the senior bulldog, though, there was an entirely different reason he couldn't come with his mom. Her video on @seniorpawsrescue's TikTok account says it all!

LOL! We do feel sorry for Max--especially since his fur sibling got the privilege of going to Chicago. At the same time, we don't blame his mom for making that difficult decision. Just imagine how it would've been with him going potty wherever he pleases!

"Aww, I can relate to inappropriate places Max," wrote commenter @pinkshark50. "Things happen!" That's true! No one is immune to the occasional urge, but it sounds like this bulldog might not make much of an effort to relieve himself elsewhere. Even though we're not 100% sure, we'd rather not find out for ourselves--you know?

Viewer @calico740 is taking the pup's side, too. They said, "aww sweet boy, it's hard to control yourself sometimes. It's ok we all love you." Aww--that's actually very sweet! These endearing comments are starting to sway our opinion, but we're still not sure the fun is worth all the torn-up shoes and soiled carpets. Like @melissarion66 said, "maybe next time!"

Until then, Max and his mama can have a little vacation of their own. We're sure he'll love it just as much!
