Model Molly Sims is somewhat of a wellness guru. And that means her food recipes are not only delicious, but also oh, so healthy. The 49-year-old has boasted smoothie recipes before on her website, and she recently shared one in her Instagram stories.

Molly has always been totally open about her diet and exercise routines– she loves to share her expertise! She even created her own fitness guide called the Molly Sims 30-day Fitness Program in 2020—which is still available to take online today.

She keeps her followers super up-to-date, too. She just posted about working out at Forma Pilates in Los Angeles. (Plus, she shared her favorite–slightly pricey– workout set).

As for her diet, Molly previously told WH that she likes to practice intermittent fasting. She also eats a lot of veggies, and mostly sticks to egg whites for protein. She isn't a huge fan of meat.

She's also said that although she doesn't have celiac disease, she prefers to keep gluten out of her diet. "I just feel better when I have less of it," she said.

As you can tell, Molly loves her smoothies. She's stuck to blueberry smoothies since at least 2020, but her latest recipe has a few alterations.

Ingredients:

About 1 cup of blueberries ($3.41 per pint, amazon.com)

About 1/2 cup of Hum Nutrition Protein Powder ($26, amazon.com)

About 1/2 cup of Top Seedz Raw Brown Flax Seeds ($8.99, topseedz.com)

About 1 cup of Califia Farms Almond Milk ($3.32, amazon.com)

Around 1-2 tablespoons of Moon Juice Collagen Protect Vegan Creamer ($32, amazon.com)

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend thoroughly.

Serve and enjoy.

It's so easy and healthy! This just might become my go-to breakfast.
