Model Paula La Croix is Gisele Bündchen's Doppelganger
It seems like there's something in Brazil's water.
The Internet has found Gisele Bündchen's doppelgänger in Paula La Croix, a 16-year-old model from Bündchen's native Brazil, who is the 37-year-old's spitting image. Paula (who has, coincidentally the same last name as the trendiest beverage out there) has the same signature tortoiseshell hair color and big bombshell waves as Gisele. And on almost all of Paula's Instagram posts, tons of her 257,000 followers comment on the striking resemblance — one which she doesn't mind. “Being compared to Gisele is an honor, she is simply amazing,” Paula told Yahoo Lifestyle. “I believe the comparison has only generated great things due to my attitude upon it.”
But fret not, Paula is in no way trying to come for the OG Victoria's Secret Angel's throne — there's room for both of them. “Of course I am inspired by her — she is one of my big inspirations due to her resilience and confidence. However, I want to create my own path!” she explained. “My aim is to be myself and pursue my own career. But I do not compare myself to her, as we are both unique.” But still, there has got to be something in Brazilian water, right?
No word from Gisele on the similarities, but we're sure her first tip to the up-and-coming model would be to cut out the nightshades.
