As Miranda Lambert was making history on Sunday night at the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards, she took a minute to honor her fans. The sentiment is similar to Lambert’s Album of the Year acceptance speech in 2017, when she said, “I just want to say thank you for letting me use my heartbreak and sharing that with me.” The couple had been dating since 2015, following the country crooner's split from ex-husband Blake Shelton earlier that year. Shelton attended the ACMs with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, by his side.
