Miley Cyrus Wore a Bright Purple See-Through Suit to Encourage Followers to Vote

It's called multi-tasking.

Miley Cyrus has always been vocal about where she stands on important issues, and today, she's getting the message out about voting in an extremely Miley way.

In an Instagram photo, the singer channeled rock icons like Debbie Harry and Joan Jett with her blonde mullet and a completely see-through, bright purple outfit. "VOTE 💜 VOTE 💜 VOTE 💜 VOTE 💜," she wrote in the caption.

Earlier in the week, Cyrus participated in a video tribute to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for the Honor Her Wish event.

"A few weeks ago, we lost an American hero, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She was a trailblazer teaching us that we cannot stop fighting for justice and quality," she said. "Justice Ginsburg grew up during a time when a woman could not sign her own mortgage and could be fired for being pregnant, yet the courts did not see or acknowledge gender discrimination. But Ruth saw it ... and she made others see it too. She was even a warrior until the very end."

The video, which also included Demi Lovato and Beanie Feldstein, was timed to the Amy Coney Barrett Senate hearings as a way to encourage them not to fill the late Justice Ginsburg's seat.
