Miley Cyrus Flashes Her Seriously Strong Legs In A Short Jumpsuit In New IG Pics

  • In the snaps, the 29-year old "Wrecking Ball" singer is chilling out at Sunset Sound Studios, wearing a pair of killer Gucci boots. And ya gotta admit, those legs are to die for!

  • Miley is big into cardio and is always hopping on the treadmill. But that's not all she does: She's also into Ashtanga yoga and Pilates, which keep her washboard abs super strong.

Miley Cyrus is staying busy recording new music and she's looking super fly while doing it. In a new Instagram post, the 29-year old "Wrecking Ball" singer shared pics of herself making new jams at Sunset Sound Studios while rocking a super cute short jumpsuit and Gucci boots that highlight her super long and strong legs.

"A day at Sunset Sound 📸 @myleshendrik @gucci," she captioned the pics.

Of course, her followers were all over it: Actress Marion Cotillard commented, "Real deal." While Linda Ramone wrote, "Nice 💘." And another fan commented on the obvious, "#legsfordays 🛐."

When it comes to getting her legs strong and fit, Miley is a fan of hopping on the treadmill. Last year, she shared a video of herself training on one.

And for her Super Bowl 2021 show, she showed yet another photo of herself working on her her cardio:

Besides hitting the treadmill, Miley is also devoted to Ashtanga yoga. During a 2016 interview on The Tonight Show Miley told Jimmy, “The thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?’”

She also loves Pilates. Her former instructor, Mari Winsor told People that when it comes to Pilates, Miley likes to mix up her moves. “It’s at least a half an hour of working out…you have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy into your lower back as much as you can.”

Miley often posts her yoga and Pilates workouts on her IG stories, And while those disappear quickly, they live on in YouTube.

As for her diet, Miley is a former vegan, and she shared on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that she followed “the strictest [vegan diet] you’ve ever known” from 2013 to 2019, but started adding more variety to her diet after she started experiencing health problems.

“I’ve had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasn’t functioning properly,” she said on the podcast. “Now I’m so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned.”

Miley now considers herself a pescatarian (i.e. a vegetarian who eats fish).
