Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson Are “Still Dating” Despite Tabloid Reports That They Broke Up
Tabloids reported on Monday that Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson had broken up.
Apparently the couple are "still dating" and "very happy together."
Have you checked Instagram lately? Because you might have noticed that it's missing something, namely Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson's non-stop PDA. A few weeks ago we, the people, literally couldn't get through one casual scrolling session without Cody being like "omg hi read my poem about Miley," and now? Radio silence.
Tabloids reported on Monday that Miley and Cody were over, but apparently they're still very much together—Miley's simply in Tennessee right now, while Cody is in Los Angeles. "Miley and Cody saw each other last week when he visited her in Tennessee. They are fine and are still dating," a source tells E! News. "Miley has been resting from her vocal surgery but has been in touch and seen Cody recently."
That said, there might be some truth to speculation that Miley wants some time to herself based on this quote: "Miley always made it clear to Cody that she likes to have freedom and he always understood the dynamic of the relationship. They have been friends for years and will always be, and are currently fine and on great terms."
Meanwhile, another source tells E! that the pair are "very happy together" and that "She has a new house in LA and when she's in town, she has been spending most nights there. She was out of town and they definitely missed each other. They reunited and you could see how happy they were to be back together again. It's clear they are very into each other. She has a busy schedule and a lot of work commitments that have kept them apart. But when they are together there's no doubt they are crazy about each other."
