Mila Kunis’s Audrey Hepburn-Esque New Look Is Just Right

Mila Kunis’s humor may take center stage, but the actress is no slouch in the style department. With a new film The Spy Who Dumped Me opening in theaters this weekend, Kunis and co-star Kate McKinnon have been making the rounds doing press for their action-comedy romp. As she’s headed to talk shows, photo calls, and premieres, Kunis has displayed a sophisticated new look thanks to her ongoing collaboration with stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn and a wealth of pieces straight from the runway.

The actress wore crimson Valentino on the red carpet at the film’s Los Angeles premiere last week, channeling classic glamour for her biggest events. The Audrey Hepburn-esque piece was complemented by Kunis’s pared down accessories and side-swept waves. In white Johanna Ortiz at the New York screening on Monday, she once again channeled minimalist underpinnings of Hepburn’s signature style, but added a modern twist—the off-the shoulder neckline may have been retro, but the flowing top and trousers combination spoke to the look of the moment.

Timeless refinement has its place, but Kunis has a playful and down to earth side, too. Some of the best pieces she’s worn recently reflect that sensibility. Dressed in a pearl studded sweater and matching skirt by Alice and Olivia on The Late Late Show with James Corden earlier this week, she looked carefree. She chose a Dolce & Gabbana jumpsuit for a recent appearance on The Tonight Show which was laced with just the right amount of fun thanks to its puffed sleeves and head to toe stripes. The punchy Victoria Beckham brights she wore on the Today Show could have read all business, but Kunis added a touch of levity and a bright smile as she strutted past the paparazzi.
