Princess Anne's son-in-law Mike Tindall became the first royal to compete on I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, and the first royal to be eliminated from the British reality TV competition.

On Saturday, Tindall was voted off the show, and left the Australian jungle to reunite with his wife, Zara. She was in Australia to greet him:

Later, on Mike posted on his Instagram a sweet selfie with Zara, writing, "Reunited!!! ❤️ Back to normality and time to eat!!! Thanks for all the kind messages! It was a blast!"

After his elimination, Princess Beatrice broke her year-long Twitter hiatus to post a message of support, writing, "He is just the greatest."

Tindall came in fourth place on the show. "I’m good. It’s been a long time. I can feel my body was getting ready to go. I’m pretty comfortable with it," he told hosts Ant and Dec. "It’s been a lot of laughs. That is the best thing. You can get through anything when the humour is good."

On Good Morning Britain after the finale, he shared that he doesn't know which royals watched him compete, saying, "I'm not [sure]- but I'm sure I'll find out at some point. Christmas is around the corner. Let's see if some interesting gifts come under the tree."

He added, "There's some sense of humour kicking around in the family so I'll wait for some interesting gifts to see how many people were watching. I don't think she [Princess Anne] was watching, but I think Zara might have told her." Tindall is referring to a moment on TV where he shared that he split his pants in front of his royal mother-in-law.

"I'm pretty sure it's probably etched in her memory for all the wrong reasons so I'll hide away from that one," Tindall joked.

The royal dad-of-three soon got back to life as normal, and he and Zara took their children Mia, Lena, and Lucas to Sea World in Australia.
