Michelle Obama's new podcast, The Michelle Obama Podcast, has arrived on Spotify. The very first episode featured Barack Obama, and the series is set to explore relationships.

To accompany her podcast series, Michelle has curated a playlist on Spotify's Higher Ground hub, which features an array of artists including Beyoncé, Chloe x Halle, Teyana Taylor, Ari Lennox, and Jhené Aiko. With the new playlist, Michelle wants to lift up female artists of color.

In a statement, Michelle revealed to People, "Excited to share with you a new Spotify playlist inspired by the first season of my new podcast. It's filled with incredible new artists and a whole lot of #BlackGirlMagic. I hope you'll give it a listen and follow some of these terrific musicians."

Future guests on the podcast will include Michelle's mother, Marian, and her brother, Craig Robinson. Conan O’Brien, Valerie Jarrett, and Dr. Sharon Malone are also set to appear.

During the first episode, Michelle told Barack, "One of the reasons I fell in love with you is because you are guided by the principle that we are each other's brothers' and sisters' keepers. And that's how I was raised."
