Michael Strahan isn’t quite done talking about the gap in between his two front teeth, even after the uproar it caused not too long ago.

Last week, the Good Morning America coanchor posted a new Instagram clip teasing fans for once believing that he had closed his gap. Set to the TikTok Capone song “Oh No,” the 12-second video shows Michael facing away from the camera before he slowly turns around with a tight-lipped smile. After quickly adjusting his blue hoodie, the 49-year-old former football player reveals that he’s still got his signature grin.

“When I smiled, did you think the GAP was gonna be GONE again? LOLOL @mbymichaelstrahan,” he wrote on Instagram.

It turns out, the Fox NFL Sunday star was just promoting pieces from his clothing brand MSX by Michael Strahan. Naturally, fans had thoughts about Michael's prankster ways.

“Please don’t scare me like that 😂😂,” one person wrote. “@michaelstrahan as a brotha with a gap… stop playing games 😂,” another added. “Leave the gap alone #TeamGap,” a different fan said.

In the end, many folks agreed that the gap had a fandom of its own. “We love the Gap! Keep it! 😍😍,” another wrote. “That gap is everything 😍,” a fan commented. “I’ve always loved your gap 😍 it makes you unique 🙌🏾,” a different person added.

Ahead of April Fools' Day this year, Michael convinced many that he had gone to Smile Design Manhattan to close the gap, prompting a strong social media reaction from celebrities and fans alike. The GMA star even put together the below video to make it seem more believable. Alas, he later admitted that the video was nothing more than an epic April Fools' prank.
