Meghan Markle may have asked herself that over the weekend when she attended another royal wedding in heels she wore on her own big day with Prince Harry—taking a cue from Haddish, who has worn a $4,000 white Alexander McQueen dress again and again and again.
On Saturday, the Duchess of Sussex attended her first royal wedding as a royal in Stoke Rochford, Lincolnshire, where she and Harry watched Princess Diana’s niece Celia McCorquodale wed George Woodhouse. For the occasion, Markle wore a rather casual blue and white floral Oscar de la Renta dress ($5,490; moraoperandi.com) and styled it with what Meghan’s Mirror reports are the same Aquazurra shoes she wore with her Stella McCartney dress at her own reception. At the wedding, McCorquodale honored the late Princess Diana by wearing the Spencer Tiara, which Diana wore to marry Prince Charles. For Markle, the Oscar de la Renta number offered a sartorial twist in comparison to the nude, blush-toned Givenchy looks she’s recently worn for official appearances.
