The first project in Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's multi-year Netflix deal has been announced, and it involves an organization that is particularly close to the Duke of Sussex's heart.

Archewell Productions is bringing a docuseries about athletes preparing to compete in the 2022 Invictus Games, which will take place in the Netherlands, to the streaming service.

"Since the very first Invictus Games back in 2014, we knew that each competitor would contribute in their own exceptional way to a mosaic of resilience, determination, and resolve," Harry said in a statement regarding Heart of Invictus. "This series will give communities around the world a window into the moving and uplifting stories of these competitors on their path to the Netherlands next year."

"I couldn't be more excited for the journey ahead or prouder of the Invictus community for continuously inspiring global healing, human potential and continued service," he continued.

The Invictus Games, founded by Harry in 2014, is an event that spotlights injured or ill service personnel and veterans in sporting competitions.

In addition to serving as executive producer on the series, the Duke of Sussex will also "appear on camera." May we suggest another obstacle course?
