Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly worried after parting ways with their royal staff.
Royal expert Omid Scobie shared that “there is probably going to be a sense of fear.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back in Canada after their final round of royal engagements and appearances in England. And even though the family is thriving in Vancouver (baby Archie is reportedly “doing great” and going on daily nature walks with his mom), it seems as though Harry and Meghan have some trepidation about what their future as nonroyals will be like.
Meghan and Harry’s new normie life doesn’t include their royal staff, which is something that the couple is reportedly quite anxious about. Royal commentator Omid Scobie talked to Access Hollywood about the Sussexes’ farewell to their royal team, saying (via Daily Mail), “They helped them fend off attacks from the tabloids and helped them organize tours and the amazing engagements. It is that team that make all of that happen. For Harry and Meghan to leave all that behind, there is probably going to be a sense of fear.”
Scobie also added that Harry and Meghan will have to find a new team for their nonroyal affairs, saying, “They will be starting with an entirely new group of people once they are fully out of the royal family. That is going to take some time to really get used to.”
However, it seems like it’s a price that Harry and Meghan are more than willing to pay, as another royal source recently shared, “This is what Meghan and Harry have always wanted—to create their own life. It’s got to feel like an immense relief to get out of the UK and go down their own path.”
Should be exciting to see what Harry and Meghan do next!
