  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have arrived in Africa to begin their royal tour.

  • The duke and duchess were seen arriving into the airport in Cape Town early this morning.

  • Baby Archie was photographed wearing the sweetest bobble hat.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have arrived in Southern Africa for what will be baby Archie's first royal tour.

A photo of the family-of-three was shared on social media, and showed Meghan carrying her baby son. Archie Mountbatten-Windsor could be seen wearing the cutest white bobble hat, while mom Meghan wore a camel coat.

Further photos of the family published by the Daily Mail showed Meghan and Harry both beaming as they stepped off the plane. Little Archie held on tightly to his mom, who wore white pants with her camel coat.

Good Morning America's royal contributor, Victoria Murphy, tweeted about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's arrival. She wrote, "So the #royaltourafrica begins! Harry, Meghan Archie and their entourage have landed in Cape Town via scheduled flight. We will see them in a few hours at their first engagement visiting a township where they will both make speeches #sussexroyaltour."

Just this weekend, Meghan and Harry were in Rome for close friend and fashion designer Misha Nonoo's wedding. The royals apparently then flew home to England to pick up baby Archie ready for the royal tour.

The family's extremely busy royal tour of Southern Africa will see them undertake 35 engagements in just ten days.
