Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle wears a Giorgio Armani dress for Meghan and Harry: A Primetime Special with Oprah Winfrey
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's upcoming interview with Oprah Winfrey, aptly called Meghan and Harry: A Primetime Special, is less than a week away and now there's a sneak peek of what we can expect.
Overnight, CBS revealed a short clip of the interview showing Meghan, Harry and Oprah sitting in the garden of the couple's Montecito home. The footage comes a fortnight after the pair announced on Valentine's Day that they're expecting another baby, making Archie a big brother - cute.
For the interview, Meghan (who is already a maternity style icon) wore a breathtaking Armani wrap dress. The design features a V neckline, belted waist and contrast floral detailing. Now, before you go and quote The Devil Wears Prada at us, florals for spring might not be groundbreaking, per se, but the combo is definitely a classic.
According to Neiman Marcus, Meghan's dress retails for over £3,500 and it still has sizes in stock (ya know, if you have a casual three grand handy):
Jewellery-wise, the Duchess kept her look low-key, sporting a silver pendant necklace and Cartier bracelet. When it comes to hair and makeup, Meghan wears her go-to, elegant low-bun and opts for a soft smoky eye.
In the new clip, shared on CBS' Instagram, Meghan and Harry are seen holding hands as Harry candidly tells Oprah, "You know, for me, I'm just really relieved and happy to be sitting here talking to you with my wife by my side. Because I can't begin to imagine what it must've been like for [Princess Diana] going through this process by herself all those years ago, because it has been unbelievably tough for the two of us but at least we have each other."
As for what the sit-down interview will cover, CBS said in a statement issued to royal expert Omid Scobie: "[Oprah] Winfrey will speak with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, in a wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure.
"Later, the two are joined by Prince Harry as they speak about their move to the United States and their future hopes and dreams for their expanding family."
