Meghan Markle Got Some Screen Time in Last Night by Scrolling Through Other People's Phones

Protocol shmotocol: Meghan Markle may not be allowed to have her own social media accounts, but she's still getting in her screen time.

Prince Harry and Markle had a date night on Tuesday to the Natural History Museum in London, and the duchess was photographed checking out some well-wishers' phone screens at the event.

During their visit, the Duchess of Sussex looked at pictures on the phones of a few guests in attendance at the event, which was held to commemorate Charles Darwin's birthday yesterday with a gala performance of the play The Wider Earth.

While we're convinced Markle does have her own private cell phone (she, Prince Harry, Kate Middleton and Prince William reportedly all have a group chat), it's nice to see the duchess still partaking in the very non-royal activity of scrolling through someone's phone. (Royals...they double-tap just like us!)

Markle donned her winter whites for date night, wearing a cream dress by Calvin Klein paired with olive green accessories.

The ensemble featured a roll-neck bump-hugging dress (the duchess is seven months pregnant) by the American designer underneath a tailored coat of the same color by Amanda Wakeley. She paired the look with her olive green Ralph Lauren shoes and clutch (both of which she showed off at Prince Louis's christening).

Perhaps she misses those #OOTD posts? Or maybe she just wanted to check out someone's dog pics?

Whatever the case, we're glad she's getting her screen-time in somehow. (You know what they say: You can take the blog away from the gal, but you can't take gal away from her blog...or something like that.)
