Meghan Markle’s former co-star has shared BTS Suits photos of the Duchess

It seems like a lifetime ago that, before Meghan Markle stepped in (and then out again) of the world of royalty, she was an actor in a major US legal drama. From the years 2011 through to late 2017, she starred in Suits and played the character of Rachel Zane, who began her career as a paralegal before eventually becoming an attorney.

However, after meeting and then marrying Prince Harry in 2018 (and temporarily making the move to the UK), she left the acting world behind. Since then, Meghan has made a name for herself as quite the philanthropist.

But every now and then, stories from Meg's six-year stint in Suits resurface, including the most recent - which we can confirm has sent the internet into an absolute meltdown. It comes as her former co-star, Patrick J. Adams took a trip down memory lane and dropped a series of behind-the-scenes throwback shots of the Duchess (plus other cast members) to his Instagram. And let us tell you, it's giving us *major* nostalgia.

The first snap he posted was of Meg and her fellow co-star, Sarah Rafferty, who played Donna Paulsen. Captioning the pic: "I miss my friends," the pair looked fresh-faced as Meg layed on the floor with her legs in the air, and Sarah leaned forward on the sofa.

The image obviously stirred the Rachel and Donna fans amongst Patrick's followers, as plenty took to the comment section to express how much they missed the pairing.

"The Donna and Rachel effect......love them," one person penned, as a second said: "We miss Batman & Robin."

Patrick then dropped a series of black-and-white photos of the main cast, the first of which was a close-up shot of Meghan back in the day. Following this, he shared another carousel of the cast's BTS antics, with Meg leading the photo dump again standing in the shadows of the set.

In the pic, the Duchess donned a grey high-waisted below-the-knee pencil skirt with a tucked-in textured blouse and a pair of black pointed heels. The second image showed her laid on the sofa in between takes and looking directly into the camera.

Patrick accompanied the images with a caption that read: "This well is deeeep," which again, led to a slew of Suits fans gushing over their love of the show.

"LIVING FOR THIS," one user typed, as a second said: "Rachel Zane all the way."

But whether Patrick was hinting at a potential Suits reboot/reunion (honestly, the comments on each post were brimming with speculation) or he was just feeling nostalgic, one thing's for sure: we're absolutely obsessed with these pics of a young Meg!
