Meghan and Harry are meeting OneWave, a local surfing community group, and paritcipating in their "Fluro Friday" session. As the Palace described it, "people of all ages share their experiences of mental health issues, and will have the opportunity to interact with others enjoying yoga and surfing." (Though Meghan and Harry obviously aren't likely to surf.) The two took their shoes off for the beach:

They'll meet members of the public on the beach before heading to visit students in a youth advocate program. But the biggest moment is later in the afternoon, when Prince Harry will raise the Invictus flag on the Sydney Harbour Bridge to kick off the Invictus Games.
