When The Eternals went right ahead and made BTS canon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we got excited. Someday, will the likes of Jung Kook and Suga undergo some sort of Fantastic Four-esque anomaly and end up with superpowers? Kevin Feige? We're waiting.

We wondered one other thing, though. If Marvel is out there dropping pop culture references into its movies, how long is it before we see a musician, athlete, or some other celebrity appear in one of these superhero jams? (Don't make us talk about Elon Musk in Iron Man 2. We don't want to.) Well, that day has come, folks. After The Cut's profile of Megan Thee Stallion revealed that the artist will show up in She-Hulk, Episode Three graced us with a moment none of us were ready for—and if you were, you're absolutely lying. In this episode's post-credits scene, She-Hulk and Megan Thee Stallion twerk. Together. Yes. She-Hulk, the Gumby-looking green blob of computer-generated existential crises, twerks in her office. With Megan Thee Stallion playing herself. Is it something I woke up this morning expecting to see? No. Is it something I'm prepared to really talk about? Nope. Will it haunt me forever? Yes.

Twerking aside, we do love to see Megan in the MCU. But she could've been a hell of a superhero! Thanos's twice-as-powerful evil cousin? A new member of the gaggle of Ant-People? She could've even had some Gamma radiation and turned into a Hulk herself. Maybe that will happen, and the actual Megan Thee Stallion turns out to be the Hulked-out Big Baddie at the end of She-Hulk. Megan Thee She-Hulk, anyone?
