Megan Fox stepped out in a fiery red outfit to attend the premiere of Taurus in New York City.

To the event last night, the actress wore a bright red strapless latex dress and metallic silver pointed-toe heels with no accessories. She went with her usual rocker-Barbie-inspired makeup and wore her straight her down.

Her date was, of course, was fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. As per usual, the rapper dazzled in an over-the-top outfit consisting of a white sequined suit and matching sneakers. He finished the look with a layered pearl necklace, various small silver earrings, chunky silver rings, and had a hot-pink manicure—but the real show-stopping accessory was his syringe earring, which was filled with fake (?) blood.

Blood seems to play a big part in MGK and Fox's romance. The two have previously admitted to drinking each other's blood during spiritual at-home rituals, and the "I Think I'm OKAY" rapper wears a necklace filled with a drop of his wife-to-be's blood. Plus, MGK said the engagement ring he proposed to Fox with was custom-made with small thorns on the band, "So if she tries to take it off, it hurts. … Love is pain!"

The "twin flames" were seen passionately kissing at the premiere of their film last night held at the Beacon Theatre as part of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival. Taurus—a portrait of self-destructive stardom with MGK as the star—was directed by Tim Sutton and written by Sutton and Machine Gun Kelly. It originally premiered at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival before coming to the United States.
