Michelle Young is about to make her Bachelorette debut, with 30 husband hopefuls lining up for a shot at her time. From cocktail parties to group dates, the first few episodes are all about standing out—and, according to Reality Steve, there are already some frontrunners in the race to Michelle's heart.

One standout, 28-year-old Nayte Olukoya, is (literally) hard to miss. Standing at 6'8", he's easy to spot in a crowd and could be miles ahead of the other contestants in his relationship with Michelle. So, just what's so special about him?

Here's everything to know about Nayte, from his job to his super cute pup to how far he'll go with Michelle this season:

Nayte is Canadian, but he currently lives in Texas.

According to a Tweet from Reality Steve, Nayte is from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. After graduating from Eastern Washington University, he settled in Austin, Texas, just a few hours away from Michelle's hometown of Edina, Minnesota.

He's climbing the corporate ladder.

Nayte worked as a bartender and an AT&T sales rep while he was in college, according to his LinkedIn profile. After that, he was hired as an account executive at Indeed. Nayte was promoted to senior account executive after only a year and a half—so, if Michelle's looking for a successful beau, Nayte's got it covered!

Nayte knows exactly what he's looking for in a partner.

Nayte's ABC bio states that "as he edges closer to 30, he's more focused on finding a long-lasting relationship that will go the distance." Apparently, "his dream woman is outgoing, spontaneous and has enough swagger of her own to keep up with him. He's looking for a connection filled with heat and for someone who will be just as passionate about him as he is about her."

He also says his biggest red flag is when someone is "too superficial:"

IDK, but it sounds like Michelle could be his match to me. (And overnight dates should be... interesting?)

And, he shares a background in education with Michelle.

ICYMI, Michelle is an elementary school teacher, and her job means a lot to her. (She even requested that her season be filmed over the summer so she wouldn't have to leave her kids!)

And, according to Nayte's LinkedIn, he volunteered as a teacher's aide for almost a year. Already, it's looking like these two have plenty in common.

He recently became a dog dad.

Nayte may be a serious businessman, but he's also a full-time dog dad to new puppy Percy. Percy is an English cocker spaniel who's super chill and loves tagging along everywhere with Nayte. Exhibit A:

(Okay, one more!)

Here's hoping Michelle is a dog person—after all, who could say no to that face?

Nayte loves to travel.

Nayte's outdoorsy adventures take him everywhere, and he posts plenty of evidence on Instagram. He's been to the Grand Canyon:

And he can totally hold his own on a paddleboard:

So, he should have no problem keeping up with sporty Michelle.

He's also a major bookworm.

Nayte's IG also features lots of snaps of his #currentlyreading lists, like this one:

He's into everything from books about the stock market to novels about changing your mindset. Something tells me Michelle's parents will definitely approve...

Nayte plays a huge role in Michelle's journey this season.

Okay, let's get into the good stuff. Reality Steve has been pumping out spoilers for Michelle's season for months, and now he knows for sure how Nayte and Michelle's connection pans out.

"Michelle is engaged to Nayte Olukoya," Steve wrote in a recent blog post. He's not quite sure how Nayte makes it to Michelle's finale ("I guess I’ll be working backwards now since I have your ending," he added), but now you know! Congrats to Bachelor Nation's newest couple—and stay tuned for details about Michelle's Neil Lane sparkler, btw.
