Meet Melia Kreiling, the newest cast member to join Emily In Paris

After a very long year's wait Emily In Paris is finally back on Netflix for season three. The third series dropped earlier today (21st December) and we're already racing our way through it.

All of our favourite cast members including Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), Mindy Chen (Ashley Park), Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) have returned.

And this season, we're getting not one, but two, new characters. There's executive Nicolas de Leon, played by Paul Forman, and Greek artist Sofia, played by Melia Kreiling, who is said to have an affair with one of the characters.

So who is Melia Kreiling, who plays new character Sofia? This is everything you need to know about her.

Who is Melia Kreiling?

Melia Kreiling is an actor who is half American and half Greek, however she was born in Geneva, Switzerland.

She studied drama in the UK, but now lives in the United States.

What is Melia Kreiling's age?

Melia Kreiling was born in October 1990, making her 32 years old, which is a similar age to the rest of her Emily In Paris cast members who are mostly in their late 20s and early 30s.

Who does Melia Kreiling play in Emily In Paris?

Melia's role in Emily In Paris season three was announced in October earlier this year.

She is playing the role of Sofia Sideris, a Greek artist, who has a show on display at Camille's (Camille Razat) gallery.

According to Netflix, Sofia develops some very personal connections in Paris, and engages in an affair, the only question is, with who?

Melia had her first acting role in 2011, but you will probably most recognise Melia from her appearance in the recent Amazon Prime series Mammals, where she played James Corden's wife.

Melia has also had roles in Guardians of the Galaxy, Filthy Rich and The Last Tycoon, amongst many others.
