McCall and Dante's Relationship is Tested on the Next Episode of 'The Equalizer' (Sneak Peek)

Robyn and Marcus' relationship is put to the test on the next episode of 'The Equalizer'

The Equalizer made its mid-season return last Sunday in an episode that showed us a bit of the dynamics in Mel's (Liza Lapira) familial relationship with her siblings. While trying to locate her brother who had been kidnapped, Mel was also navigating her relationship with Robyn (Queen Latifah) after secretly training Delilah (Laya DeLeon Hayes) against Robyn's wishes.

Aunt Vi (Lorraine Toussaint) had a showing of her art which forced her to face her own anxieties about having her artwork judged. In the process, she helped a young artist cope with her anxiety too.

In "Second Chances," this week's episode of The Equalizer, it is Robyn's relationship with Marcus Dante (Tory Kittles) that is tested. When a conman (Berto Colon) the NYPD has been building a years-long case against kidnaps a relative of McCall’s client and forces him to assist in a heist, who will Marcus and Robyn side with? Will they work together or apart?

Not only can you catch Queen Latifah on this week's episode of The Equalizer, you can also catch the multi-hypenate as she hosts the 54th NAACP Image Awards on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. ET on BET. The awards ceremony will also be simulcast on CBS. “It’s an honor to host the “54th NAACP Image Awards,” especially in the year we are celebrating 50 years of hip hop,” said Queen Latifah. “This is a night to celebrate Black excellence and Black contributions to our industry and beyond. Celebrating one another, lifting each other up and you know we’ll have fun doing it!”
