Bialik shared her personal technique in a hilarious new video.
Everyone knows how difficult a task it is to fold a fitted sheet, and it can be a major struggle.
Actress and Jeopardy! host Mayim Bialik feels the same way, as she recently shared a funny video showing her personal step-by-step instructions.
In the video, which is set to the song "BIZCOCHITO" by ROSALÍA, Bialik stands on a bed with a blue fitted sheet and starts with the first step: "Commit to doing it wrong but fast."
Next, "Confidence is key. Don't show weakness," followed shortly by the third step, "Do this alone without distractions...or unwanted comments."
Step four, "If you get angry, use it."
Lastly, "If steps 1-4 don't work...Use it as a throw blanket."
The video ends with Bialik throwing the sheet on the floor, defeated, and walking out of the frame.
"Putting the fitted sheet on is a whole other video. I’ll go look up some how-to’s now. Send help in the comments. 😂," Bialik captioned the video,

The commenter went on to suggest to simply wash the sheets and put them right back on the bed, eliminating the need to fold and store them.
Another shared their technique, commenting, "It’s a good idea to use the corners as puppets and insert one into the other then so the same on opposite side it becomes easier to fold. My college roommate taught me it’s a life saver."
