After two years on the market, Matthew Perry’s Los Angeles penthouse has finally sold, for $21.6 million.

Located inside The Century—a 42-story luxury condominium complex that was built in 2010—this sprawling circular penthouse boasts four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, across 9,138 square feet. Perry purchased the dwelling for $20 million, in 2017, and he listed it for $35 million in 2019—before it took an $8 million price cut nearly a year ago, which appears to have worked in the actor’s favor after all.

Some amenities of the penthouse include a Batman-inspired screening room and four wrap-around terraces, while the building boasts 24-7 concierge and security, an Equinox-designed gym, a Pilates studio, spa, a wine cellar, a 75-foot outdoor lap pool with its own resort-style cabanas, a yoga studio, and a movie theater.

Perry himself hired interior designer L.M. Pagano and architect Scott Joyce to completely transform this expansive pad, making for modern dark-colored interiors galore. As for The Century, it was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and developed by Related Companies.

The penthouse occupies the entire 40th floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows, two fireplaces, a formal dining room that seats up to 25 people, and 360-degree panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles, the nearby Hollywood Sign, and even the Santa Monica Mountains and Pacific Ocean.

This Los Angeles pad was sold through Gregory Holcomb of Compass—and you can take a look at the listing and its accompanying photos here.
